Good questions

Do you deliver and set up the cooler or freezer?+
Yes. We deliver and set up every trailer at your location across North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, Georgia, Virginia, and Kentucky. You just provide the power connection.
What power does a unit need?+
Our trailers run on standard electricity, no diesel. 110-volt units use a standard 3-prong plug on a dedicated 20-amp non-GFCI connection. 220-volt units need a 30-amp connection. No power on site? We can refer a generator and help you size it.
How cold do the trailers get?+
Each trailer can be set as a cooler or a freezer, from below freezing for frozen product up to normal refrigeration temperatures for produce, beverages, flowers, and prepared food.
What is the minimum rental, and how is it billed?+
There is a 2-day minimum, and we rent by the day, week, or month. Rentals start at $139/day. We accept cash, checks, and credit cards, and delivery and setup are priced up front with no fuel surcharges.
Can you help in an emergency if my walk-in goes down?+
Yes. Emergency cooler and freezer replacement is one of the main reasons customers call. When a walk-in fails or the power goes out, we move fast to get mobile refrigeration on site, fastest in our Asheville and WNC home base. Call (828) 713-4303 any time.
Do you deliver bagged ice and rent the beer trailer?+
Yes to both. We deliver 16 lb bags of ice for events (order the week before), and our 10-tap refrigerated draft beer trailer is available for weddings, festivals, and brewery events.
Can I lock the trailer and add shelves?+
Shelving is available, and you are welcome to secure your trailer with your own combination or keyed padlock. Entry is ground-level with a single step up.
