Building more walk-in space takes months and permits. Portable cold storage takes a phone call. B&S places a self-contained cold unit at your site, business, venue, farm, or campus, and it runs on standard power for a weekend or a whole season.

Portable cooler, portable freezer, or both in one

What counts as portable cold storage?+

Any cold room that comes to you instead of being built in place. Ours are trailer-mounted, self-contained units that arrive towed, get placed at your site, and plug into standard power, running as a cooler or a freezer for as long as you need.

Do you offer portable freezer rental?+

Yes. Most units in the fleet switch to freezer mode and hold frozen product solid. Portable freezer rental works on the same terms: 2-day minimum, then day, week, and month rates.

How long can I keep a portable cold storage unit?+

As long as the job runs. Weekly and monthly rentals are our most common portable cold storage bookings, covering remodels, seasonal overflow, and long equipment lead times, and longer rentals carry better effective rates.

What does the site need?+

A reasonably level spot the trailer can reach and a power connection: 110-volt units use a dedicated 20-amp plug, 220-volt units need 30 amps. No power available? We can refer a generator and help you size it.
