The 10-tap refrigerated draft beer trailer

Our 10-tap refrigerated beer trailer turns any location into a working taproom. It is a genuinely rare rental, very few operators in the region offer one, which makes it a favorite for weddings, brewery festivals, fundraisers, and big private parties. The trailer keeps every line cold and pouring through the whole event, with no melting-ice keg tubs to babysit.

Cooler and freezer space for caterers and florists

Catering overflow, wedding cakes, florals, and prepped food all need reliable cold space on site. Each of our trailers can be set as a cooler or a freezer, so you get exactly the temperature your product needs, right next to where the team is working. All-electric means no diesel fumes and no engine noise next to the tent.

Bagged ice for the whole crowd

We deliver 16 lb bags of ice for weddings and festivals. Add ice to your booking and we bring it with the trailer, so nobody is making a beer run for bags on the morning of the event. Ice orders are placed the week before.

Simple event terms

One estimate covers cooler trailer rental, freezer space, bagged ice, and the 10-tap beer trailer. Rent by the day, the week, or the month with a 2-day minimum. Delivery and setup are priced up front with no fuel surcharges, and we accept cash, checks, and credit cards. Tell us your date, your venue, and what you are serving, and we will size it and give you an exact number, usually the same day.

Event rental questions

How far in advance should I book for an event?+
The earlier the better, especially in wedding and festival season. We can often handle short-notice events, but booking two to four weeks out gives you the best choice of trailer size and the beer trailer. Bagged ice is ordered the week before your event.
Do you deliver and set up at outdoor venues, fields, and farms?+
Yes. We deliver and set up at venues, farms, fields, breweries, and event sites across all six states we serve. You provide a power connection, we handle placement and setup.
What power does the beer trailer or cooler need?+
Our trailers run on standard electricity, no diesel. 110-volt units use a standard 3-prong plug on a dedicated 20-amp connection; 220-volt units need a 30-amp connection. No power on site? We can refer a generator and help you size it.
Can I get a cooler, a freezer, ice, and the beer trailer in one booking?+
Yes. That is the main reason event planners call us. We can cover cooler and freezer space, the 10-tap draft beer trailer, and bagged ice for the crowd, all delivered and set up in one stop.
