B&S Cold Storage on Wheels ("B&S," "we," "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect through bscoldstorage.com, how we use it, and what choices you have.
Information we collect
When you submit an estimate request, we collect the information you provide: your name, phone number, email address (optional), delivery city, and the dates and type of equipment you're requesting. We also automatically log some technical information with each submission (the page you submitted from and your browser's user agent) for troubleshooting purposes.
We do not currently use analytics or advertising tracking cookies on this site.
How we use your information
We use the information you submit to respond to your estimate request, schedule and fulfill your rental, keep internal business records, and occasionally follow up if we haven't heard back from you. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
Service providers
We use a third-party email service provider (Mailgun) to send emails on our behalf, including replies to your estimate request and occasional follow-up messages. Mailgun processes your name and email address solely to deliver these messages and does not use your information for its own marketing purposes.
How we store your information
Submissions are stored in a private database and are not publicly accessible. We retain this information for as long as reasonably necessary for business and recordkeeping purposes.
Your choices
You can request a copy of the information we have about you, or ask us to delete it, by contacting info@bscoldstorage.com. You can also unsubscribe from any follow-up emails at any time using the link included in those messages. If you are a California resident, you have additional rights under California law (including the right to know what personal information we collect and the right to request deletion), which you can exercise through the same contact.
Children's privacy
This site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision.
